Bolton North Hill Sewage Pumping Station upgrades
Construction work is resuming in June 2022
The Region of Peel began working in your neighbourhood last year to upgrade the Bolton North Hill Sewage Pumping Station located at 109 Castelli Court. These upgrades are required to maintain and improve existing wastewater services.
Schedule for remaining construction work
Construction was paused in Fall 2021 due to cold weather conditions and delays in obtaining equipment. We expect to start work again on Monday, June 6, 2022 and plan to complete this work by November 30, 2022. This work will be under warranty for two years from the completion date.
Contractor and working hours
The work will be completed by Clearway Construction and supported by GM BluePlan Engineering Ltd, both under contract to the Region of Peel. This contractors normal working hours are from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Saturday. These hours are consistent with the local municipalitys bylaws. We understand this may cause some inconvenience, but shorter or fewer working days would require your neighbourhood to be under construction for a longer period of time.
Location of work
All construction work will be restricted to within the pumping station property for the remainder of the project. There will also be construction trailers located on the cul-de-sac at the end of Crestridge Drive. We do not expect there to be any impacts to private driveways, landscaping, or any traffic restrictions in place during this construction process.
