Register as critical water user
Peel Region recognizes that there may be vulnerable water customers (Critical Water Users) who require an uninterrupted water supply for operating healthcare equipment at home, like haemodialysis.
We maintain a Critical Water Users list where these customers can voluntarily register for notification prior to required water interruptions to allow for emergency repairs or maintenance work.

Eligibility
Residents who use Peel municipal water supply for life-support or health-assistive equipment at their home are considered Critical Water Users and can register for this program.
Fees
There is no cost for this service. Registration for notification of water supply interruption is free for residents who qualify.
