2022 Municipal Election
The next Municipal Election is on October 24, 2022.
Elections are held in the Region’s local municipalities. Voters, candidates and third party advertisers should contact the appropriate municipality regarding how to vote, how to register and for general election information.

Regional Councillor Candidates must register at the appropriate local municipal Clerk's office. Region of Peel Candidate Information packages can be downloaded here, and paper copies are available at the local Clerks’ offices.
The Regional Chair will be appointed by Regional Council at the Inaugural Meeting scheduled for November 17, 2022.
