The awards celebrate paid and unpaid caregivers who dedicate themselves to helping others. A caregiver can be a family member, friend, case manager, volunteer or health care professional. Caregivers are those who dedicate their time and energy in order to help someone live a fuller life, despite the limitation of age, illness or disability.
Without capes, tights, and leaping over tall buildings, caregivers offer compassion to the ones they care for. Please join us in this opportunity to help the heroes in our community feel a little more super.
The nomination deadline is October 5. All nominees will be honoured with an award at one of three ceremonies in November.
