Civic Holiday service hours at the Region of Peel
BRAMPTON, ON. (July 29, 2019) – Region of Peel offices and non-emergency services will be closed for Civic Holiday on Monday, August 5 and will reopen Tuesday, August 6.
Residents in Brampton, Mississauga and Caledon are advised that there will be no waste collection on Monday, August 5 due to the Civic Holiday. Waste collection will be one day later that week. See your collection schedule for your collection day.
All Community Recycling Centres (CRCs) will also be closed on Monday, August 5 and will reopen for regular operating hours on Tuesday, August 6.
Service hours will be from 6 a.m. to 1 a.m. on Monday, August 5 for the Civic Holiday.
All specific trips for Monday, August 5 and Tuesday, August 6 must be booked by 6 p.m. on Sunday, August 4. Flexible trips will not be accommodated after 6 p.m. on Sunday, August 4 or any time of day on Monday, August 5. The TransHelp Office will be closed on Monday, August 5 with regular office hours resuming on Tuesday, August 6. All subscription trips, except for dialysis trips, will be cancelled for Monday, August 5. Contact TransHelp at 905-791-1015 with any questions.
