Apply for Adult Day Services
Adult Day Services is offered at all 5 Peel Long Term Care centres. It provides residents with a place to go during the day to engage in activities and social interaction. This service allows families and caregivers to:
- Take a break.
- Attend to their daily errands and their own physical and emotional needs.
- Keep working.
- Access caregiver support.
- Connect with other service providers.

Eligibility
Adult Day Services is for adults who are frail, living with dementia, have a disability, chronic illness, or other condition.
What you need
- A valid Ontario Health Card.
- Select the location that best suits the individuals’ needs. Review our locations.
Fees
Cost to attend is $25.90 per day. You may be able to apply for a subsidy to help with the cost. Fees are reviewed annually.

An Adult Day Services coordinator will contact you once your application has been received. When a space becomes available, our coordinator will give you a tour of the program and an information package. They will also work with you to complete the admission paperwork.
