    Springmill Terrace: A Peel Living Townhouse Community

    Springmill Terrace is a 131 unit non-profit housing building owned by the Region of Peel’s social housing corporation Peel Living. The townhouse development is located at 3280 and 3330 South Millway in Erin Mills Mississauga, near the University of Toronto’s Erindale College Campus. With 77 2-bedroom units, 78 3-bedroom, and 12 4-bedroom units the complex is a family oriented community. Built under the Municipal Non-Profit Housing Program in 1981, 33 of Springmill Terrace’s units are subsidized and residents pay 30% of their income in rent, and 98 have market level rents. Seven of the 3-bedroom units are wheelchair accessible.

    Springmill TerraceThe complex’s spacious townhouses are arranged in clusters and linked by well landscaped green-space that includes two tot-lot playgrounds. A community centre, park, and library are all within walking distance.

    Springmill Terrace and its townhouses offer the following features:

    • Gas heating
    • Full basement with laundry hook-ups
