Watermain and sanitary sewer replacement and improvement
Moore Street, Burton Road and Garden Avenue. Projects 20-1340 F
The Region of Peel will be repairing the road where it was disturbed by our recent watermain and sanitary sewer construction.
Schedule
We expect paving activities to take place on Moore Street, Burton Road and Garden Avenue between Monday June 13 and Friday July 1, weather permitting. Regular working hours will be between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m., Monday to Friday.
Driveway access
You may not have access to your driveway for a short time as the paving operation crosses your driveway.
Road access
Work will be phased to minimize traffic disruption in the area.
Parking
Please do not park on the street from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. during the above dates. Please ensure the road is cleared of vehicles (and any type of materials) at these times. Before paving operations, you will be asked to park outside the active work area.
Safety during construction
Construction zones require extra caution to keep everyone safe pedestrians, cyclists, drivers, and construction workers. When driving, walking, or biking through the construction area, please be aware of your surroundings, watch for construction crews and other road users, slow down, account for delays, and consider other routes if possible.
