Program fund reporting

Use the provided templates to submit your fund reports.

As set out in your 2020 Community Investment Program funding agreement, use the appropriate template to complete the midterm and final funding report.

Submit reports and reconciliation documentation (such as copies of receipts or paid invoices) to CIP@peelregion.ca. Questions regarding reports may be directed to the same email.

Refer to your funding agreement for fund report due dates.
